Yuzvendra Chahal is all set to take part in the ODI and T20 series against England from Thursday, July 7 to Sunday, July 17. Chahal has been in excellent form for the last three months. The leg-spinner won the Purple Cap while playing for Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
He finished as RR runners-up, taking 27 wickets in 17 matches after Hardik Pandya’s loss to Gujarat Titans in the final in Ahmedabad. Subsequently, Chahal also bowled heartily in the five-match T20I series against South Africa and Andrew Balbirnie’s two-match T20I series against Ireland.
Meanwhile, the official Twitter handle of the royals posted a hilarious picture in which Chahal was seen striking one of his iconic poses. RR made a collage of the three pictures and wrote, “UG is well and truly back in England!”

Chahal has been an important member of the Indian team for the last seven years. Although he hasn’t got a chance to represent his side in Test cricket, this tweaker has made a well and really serious impact for the Men in Blue in the limited overs format of the game.
Chahal came into limelight after he shifted from Mumbai Indians (MI) to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL. As for the Challengers, he took over 100 wickets before playing for the Royals in the 2022 edition of the IPL.
