The petition, filed by the man and his father, a resident of Najafgarh here, claimed that they were being threatened by his estranged wife, his sister, brother and sister-in-law, who had tried to forcibly enter the premises of the petitioners several times. ,
The petitioners sought protection and also directed that no one should interfere in their peaceful life and that no harm would be done to the woman and her family members, who live in Dehradun.
The petition, filed through advocate Dharmendra Kumar, states that the man and the woman married in 2006 and have two children, both of whom are residing in Dehradun with their mother, and as the relationship progressed, the woman married in July 2019. left the in-laws house.
The petition states that the woman had lodged a complaint against her husband with the women’s cell in Dehradun, in which he had also refused to return to his in-laws’ house.
It said the person also filed a divorce petition in the Dwarka district court here on the ground of cruelty. However, the woman filed a transfer petition before the Supreme Court and the matter was transferred from Delhi to Dehradun and another petition is pending in a court here.
The petition has alleged that the woman and her family members wanted to extort money from them and in April this year, they forcibly tried to enter the man’s house and used foul language and threatened dire consequences including false cases. Gave.
