Roberts admitted, “It can’t be 20 years, right? Here’s the thing: If I thought something was cool, I would have done it.”

“But I’ve also had three kids in the last 18 years. That raises the bar even more because then it’s just ‘Is this stuff good?’ It’s also the math equation of my husband’s work schedule and the kids’ school schedules and summer vacations. It’s not just, ‘Oh, I guess I want to do this.'”

Roberts explained that her choice to pursue various creative outlets was “not by design, so much so that I couldn’t find something I was interested in. I was surprised at how quickly the years were passing.”
